what should i do about fish tank?

i have a 10 gallon fish tank with 3 female bettas and i had it for about 3 weeks. and one day i by accidentally unplugged the filter and the filter was off the whole night when i realized it was off i turnedit right back on.but now the water is all murky and foggy. what should i do?

Do a water change/ put in some clear water drops(if you have any)
