What should I do about a little, stray cat who is always in my garden?

There's a gorgeous kitten with silver and grey tabby stripes who has been hanging around my house and next door's for a few days now. I am not complaining about her being there, I was just wondering what I should do with her. We already have a cat, so we can't take her in, because my cat is not very friendly to other cats. I've been feeding her kitten food, because she's as thin as a stick and is definately starving. I have no idea where to send her or what to do with her, though, because she can't stay here forever - please help!
 
if its a stray cat call a non killin organization n find out if they can take her. dont call animal control... give her a chance for a better life. they will find a home for her n the kittens. i have rescued so many animals n i feel happy when i knw that they have found a home.
