What should I cook for my parents aniversery dinner?

Three words - individual beef wellingtons. Even with all the work preparing the duxalle (mushroom and wine mixture) it always STUNS my guests when I make it. I try to do it once a year, just to keep in practice.

Look up the recipe. It's time consuming. Your parents will be impresesed with the 'high degree of difficulty' you put into it, and the dinner will outshine anything you might get in a restaurant.
