What should I cook for a family of 4?

I am wanting to cook a meal for a family of four because they just had their third baby (a baby boy) last week. They also have two young girls under the age of 4. The wife does not like seafood. What types of things can I cook for the family that I can take to their house and that can be sucessfully reheated if needed?
