this walmart optician answered my other question, and wrote :"The only thing I recommended is DO NOT get plastic lenses it will chip at the corners within the first month"
does that apply to semi-rimless eyeglasses only? i think that my current eyeglasses are made of plastic, i didn't see any chipping around the corners?
i kinda like the semi-rimless glasses, because they look cool.
thanks for Gaffe's detailed answer. i have never thought about plastic frames, because they don't looks so good comparing with metal frames. now i will have to see if i can find some good ones.
