I have 150 Dollars and i want to buy a punching bag and MMA gloves
so i have a few questions
-Whats a good set of MMA Gloves and punching bag(cheaper but yet decent quality)
-and after i buy those what else should i buy?
keep in mind i dont want to spend ALL 150 dollars on the gloves and bag so if you have any ideas for anything else let me know
Im a AMMA fighter so i need a bag to train on at home that's why i want one if you were wondering
