I suggest a camper van. Because if you have no experience with either then if you don't like being at sea why would you buy it, if you have stayed at sea before and enjouyed then a boat because in my opinion its quite a cool experience. However if you buy a camper van then atleast if you dont like where you are you can change it around, Furthermore it is alot easier, beause although you can sail around to different places. Its still the sea. Also Camper vans are better in bad weather so there would be no cancelling holidays because of the rain or a storm.
