What should I be paying for a used road bike? more info?

The one I'm looking at looks a little bit old but the guy said it works fine. I guess he fixes them up a little. Sorry, not sure about most of the details on it... He wants 135 for it. I'm just wondering if people who are familiar with bikes thinks this could be a decent deal. Thanks
