what should i be looking for when shopping for a laptop for school?

i'm abt to start school in august and i need a laptop but i'm not exactly sure on what would be the best as far as memory, operating systems and other things like that.
 
Macs are the best, one of the best decisions of my life. it has all the cool apps and can beat your schools wireless internet blocker hehe

you need 5 mb memory you need windows 93 you need 1 kilobyte vram you need to have a really old proccessor because those ones are the best with running new software
