I'm a pretty slender guy, 19 year old, and I'm starting to work out at the gym. What should I be eating before and/or after a workout so that i'm gaining little to zero fat, but all muscle. Someone told me to start drinking whey protein shakes before and after my workouts which i'm going to start doing, but what foods should I try to eat and which should I stay away from? I want to build good results, you know.. 6 pack abs, good biceps, my #1 thing is to avoid foods that will make me gain fat so I am really just building muscle. THANKS!
