I go to the gym every night for about an hour and a half. I am trying to tone, but I don't think I am getting anywhere. I am looking to get rid of stomach fat.
What exactly should I be doing to get toned more? Just cardio, just weight training or both? What days of the week? How long?
I did lose 20 lbs but that was a few months ago, and I just haven't been seeing any results since then.
Currently I am:
132 lbs

I am also going on a cruise in january, do you think I can get more toned or lose a few pounds by then?
