In my novel the main character's sister who is anorexic, decides she wants to visit her cousin who's had anorexia for a really long time, and is in the hospital. The main character doesnt get to hear entirely what her cousin says to her sister, but she hears the word, "death." And then end chapter.

What should happen next?
