shes all alone? I went to a gas station two nights ago to get some smokes and gas. It was about 1 a.m. and aside from the night clerk, there was no one else around. Right when I put the gas nozzle back this huge 6 foot tall black guy comes up to me and asks for some change. Normally, I would have given him some but all I had was my debit card. So I tell him no and then proceed to walk to the night window to get my smokes. Suddenly the dude grabs me by my hair, yanks me back so hard that I fall backwards. He said something like,"i like your hair. You're just the way I like them." Terrified, I get up and run to the night window while he runs right behind me. To my horror, the clerk wasn't around. The mofo corners me against the wall and starts putting his hands all over me. He shoved his hands down my bra looking for money. He rips my purse out of my hands, dumps everything out, and looks to see if there's any money in it. At this point I see the idiot clerk just standing there watching. I scream for him to help me and he threatens to call the cops. This pissed the attacker off even more, so he drags me by my hair, kicks me in the back, and then just takes off. The clerk felt so badly that he unlocked the doors, called the cops, and tried calming me down because at that point I just started crying hysterically.
It was the most terrifying thing I ever experienced. If the clerk hadn't been there I think he would've raped me or worse. I had no idea how to defend myself against the psycho. What should I have done? I never want to feel as helpless as I did that night.
