What should a teen girl pack for camp? (help me find a suitcase and make a list!)?

My daughter is going to camp in about 3 months. (yes i know it's early) I need to find an affordable suitcase that is lightweight.. And i need a packing list! How many shirts? jeans? shorts? etc.
2 weeks! :)
