I used to love watching it as a child ^_^ I think it might have been part of a VHS tape containing many separate short cartoons. I can see them all in my head but they aren't very easy to describe =/ I would love to find out where this clip came from so I can look up all those other cute little cartoons from my childhood. =D Thanks!
I'm fairly certain that these cartoons were all a part of the same VHS tape as the link I posted above.
