If you have asthma what shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, facial moisutizers can you use? I've asked the doctor's office, but they can't recommend anything. Things have such a strong smell that bother my lungs. What do others use?

I use only fragrance free products where I can. That applies to facial products being non-allergenic (I use Prescriptives makeup and Lancome Renergie line of moisturizers). For shampoo I use an Aveeda product for colored hair and it has very little smell. I'd just stick to the fragrance free ones.

For body and facial soap, I use Dove brand fragrance free products, as I have skin allergies. Still, it can vary a lot from person to person. Try a few different products until you find one that works well for you.

This really is an individual thing. Everyone has different triggers. As for the soap, I have used Cetaphil for over 20 years with good luck. I use a gentle facial moisturizer that I get from my dermatologists. It is available on-line too. It is called DML daily Facial Moisturizer and is non-comedogenic, uncented, moisturizing and has sunscreen 25.
