Her myspace page had a lot of devious stuff on it about rape and violence. So the prosecutors surmise it was some kind of deviant fantasy played out in real life.

Regardless of what people in the general public want to believe about her innocence, there was a lot of circumstantial evidence against Amanda and her boyfriend and that is why they were prosecuted even after the conviction of Guede.
