Well here is a little background. All the males in my family have served in a warzone. I am Russian btw. My Great Grandfather faught the Nazies in the Black Sea back when he was in the Soviet Navy during WW2. My Grandfather who I am named after was an officer in the Soviet Army and faught against China in Manchuria. My father and all my uncles and their friends served in the Soviet Afghan War. My cousins both served in the Chechen war. I am the first in my family to live in the US and I am the first to choose to join the US Armed forces. My father and all my uncles were VDV Paratroopers. My Great Grandfather was in the navy, grandfather Army. So I was looking to choose between one of those. I would prefer to join the US Airborne but I dont know if the other services are better. Please give me some advice.
