What school is the best Texas State University or Sam Houston State Univ.?

Im a transfer student I will transfer to either school in the Fall 09 my major is journalism,I was a previous theatre major however I decided to change my major. I just wanted to hear some opinions and possibly other texas schools that are good for journalism.
