I am 20 years old and I just got a job as a teller. I am also going to school next semester to start building towards my future. My ideal situation is to stick with the bank I am at now and get a degree and eventually become a branch manager somewhere. What would I need to go to school for? Please be specific. Also I am curious as to how much on average a branch manager starts at. Please, actual experience is appreciated.
What road to I have to take to become a banker? Like a branch manager.?
