I just had a child. There is only one person that could be the father, so I while I was pregnant I was not concerned about DNA testing. When my baby was born, I still did not consider asking for a DNA test, but the man that I KNOW is my child's father went behind my back and requested a DNA test while I was still in the hospital. The test was done WITHOUT my consent. It does show in my hospital paper work that there was lab testing done on my child. The results came back that the man is not the father, but I think the whole thing is a fake. Can I request legal action against this man? What rights do I have? Would this test be submittable in court? What rights does he have since he got this test done without my consent?
