you're not from the U.S? I have been trying to find information on this all over the web but was only able to find the requirements for U.S. citizens. What if you're from Europe and only have a working visa? I know you need the HUET test and an offshore survival certificate as well as vaccines, medical certificate, etc. Would European certificates and vaccines be valid or do you need to have them done in the U.S?
