What Requirements do I need to get into UBC for History or Psychology?

I don't Live in BC, so I'm wondering all the requirements i need to get into UBC, out of province. I want to go into History (Ancient or WW1 WW2) or Psychology or Sociology. I also would like to know if I need Math to get into any of these programs, because I really don't want to take it. Anyway, thanks for the help.
