what reptile can i have as a outdoors pet?

ok, i live in Puerto Rico. i have this little area in my house that is like a indoor yard, not that big, there is a palm tree in there and a few other plants, it has a open roof, i can get in there by a screen door, and the ground is dirt, i was thinking what kind of reptile could i put there? a Iguana?

like i said, this is a indoor yard..as big as a bathroom
