What readings shoukd I look for when cycling a tank with seeded media?

Hi! (:

Will the readings, fill to a high ammonia, keep it there, wait for spikes blahblah still be applicable with a well seeded tank? Is there other spikes I need to watch out for? This would be fishless and a 10 gallon tank.
