k so i read somewhere a bit ago that if ur 13 and under ur not allowed to have it at all and if ur 13-15 ur partner cant be more than 2 years older than u.is that right? i was just wondering.
how could they enforce that anyway? they cant really...

kmfw: i was just wondering.. im not im love or anything. im not planning on doing it in the near future, but... i just thought it would be good to know.. anyway...
 
I think of it this way you are going to do what ever you want anyways so so it and that s not a bad thing to do or you can wait in till you are really to ....
