What questions should I ask The financial aid counselor? (I'm out of state)?

I'm going to Georgia this summer to visit Kennesaw State university, and i plan on talking to the Financial aid counselor. I plan on asking:
-What are scholarships available?
-I qualify for Work Study, are jobs readily available?
-What's the colleges inflation rate?
-Are mandatory fees due BOTH semesters or only once?

any other questions i should address?
