What PVR Will record from an external source, ie. Composite/RGB/HDMI cables?

It'd be great to have a 500GB HD, but any HDD is good...
Preferably under $300, but note if there are any over that.

And also from a retail store, not to keen on buying from the internet (don't mention a hauppage)
