Hello I'm a 5' 7" Slim fit 132 lb. 16 year old. I'm aspiring to reach 180 lbs. of lean muscle. I swim everyday for 3 hours then I work out at home for the given amount of time of the P90X workouts I perform. They talk about a recovery drink after work-outs..I want to tone up to get that beach body I have always wanted..what kind of protein should I buy? what would you suggest? I read Hemp protein was better than Whey because Whey is cooked leaving unnecessary items, while Hemp is organic = raw protein. I also read Labrada makes good products, and that Isopure is a good post-workout drink...but there are so many proteins out there that I'm lost in what to buy. any information would help and if this will affect me in any other way then getting results because that is what I'm in search of. thanks!
