what would they have a proof to show something as a contract? i tried to contact the bank and get the info myself but they wont tell me anything and transfer me to a collections agency that bought the debt they say is mine. i tried contacting the lawyer on the summons i got but no answer and its for some completely different agency he is representing. the piece of parer attached to the summons just has my first and last name on it and the card number but nothing else about me like SSN or date of birth. i guess im asking what other validation would he need to pin point it to me..i know bill statements and the credit app. but how can he get that stuff if i cant?
what proof would a therid or fourth party creditor bring to court?
