Well I want to design my photos,change them .....Just play with them and learn how to make them better..Change colours,add glitter and lyrics....I am just beginner so can you please help me?
There are lots of photo editors out there. I recommend Paint.NET
GIMP is also good.
I don't know of any programs that let you "add glitter," but i'm sure there's a way.
