For a school project, ( <--- that means i dont have a budget so please dont suggest for me to buy something more than 100 or 150 dollars) i will be recording and casting for different games such as starcraft 2, world of warcraft, counter strike source, minecraft, and the such. i need to know some ggood programs that i can use to edit the videos, and maybe some good voiceover technology, i will be using fraps so please dont just suggest that.
