I am new to programing but I am planing on writing a program and I am unsure how to get started. The program will have to open a website, log on to a membership and preform actions that would mimic a user clicking on different options. I have messed around with a little html code and learned a very small amount about C++ (this was a long time ago and I'm rusty) but I need to know what languages would be best for this purpose so I can reduce learning time. I have just started reading up on Seccia which is an IDE that is suppose to be very user friendly but I'm not sure if it would be the best program to use.
What programing language should I use to interact with html?
