I have paid people to design my shirt graphics, posters, and other things. I've been forking out a lot of money and have now decided to design my own. Basically I would be scanning images and photos, making a few changes to them, adding text, colors, etc. What program can do this in a professional way and is easy to learn? Also...what kind of scanner is best when scanning old images you want to use for graphics on posters and shirts?
