what program do i use to create the sims 2 dance...?

i downloaded chocolate love box and chicletes but i want to create my own dances what program do i need and if i have to download it could you plz give me the link if not and it comes with the sims 2 or one of these eps:mansion & garden, Nightlife, apartment life, pets, open for business any of those where do i find it..... thx
