I want to know how to make flashes like "Banana Phone" "Ferrets" "Charlie the Unicorn" Slinker's on DA videos. I once had a program but I forgot what it was called. Can anyone tell me what program I can use to make those?
The program should have an option to draw on the program and draw frame by frame the video.
