What prevents someone from taking control of the radio remote controls of a train if the crew is incapacitated?

I'm referring to the Loco-Control units. My understanding is it's radio control for a push locomotive for instance. I understand it's set so it does not interfere with another locomotive on an adjacent line. I'm talking about a terrorist type event. What prevents the device from being hacked the crew removed and the train crashed?
