I have a road bicycle with high pressure tires. rated at 250 psi. What should I have in them? Should I keep them at test pressure? or as close to it as I can? I ride 14 miles every few days. And where can I find a high pressure pump? The highest I can find is 160, and I'm sure I have to keep them higher than that.
