im thinking about playing football for my school next year as a sophmore. i have never played on a team but i have played with friends a lot. im about 5'7 and 135 pounds, but i work out a couple times a week and im taking protein shakes. my 40 time is an unofficial 4.8. i am thinking about playing wr and cb....what do you guys think i should do? also how much weight should i gain and what workouts are really good for football?
