What port do you have to connect a Pinnacle 510-USB to a VCR? Composite not S-Video?

I just got Pinnacle MovieBox, but I can't get my taped footage on my VHS to my computer. It keeps saying "A vald Input Signal has not been detected. Please check your cables." But I don't know WHERE I'm supposed to put them. I can only use the composite video connector (RCA). It won't work on "In" and it won't work on "Out". What do I do?
