I need the title of this book. It's set in a chinese setting where they needed to decide to who the next king was going to be. The king gave all of the kids fake seeds (which they didn't know about) and told them they had to nourish and take care of it and who ever had the most beautiful tree would win. Only one boy didn't take a different seed so he showed up with an empty pot. He ended up winning because he didn't lie like the other kids. Which story is this??? Please help!
