what political think tank is good to contact for election analysis?

I am researching 2008 presidential election campaign strategy, especially in battleground states like Virginia, North Carolina, Michigan, Ohio, etc. I am looking for a think tank and/or research institution that specializes in electoral politics and campaign strategy (preferably American) that I can consult with. Any answers/suggestions will be much appreciated. Thank you.
