...them before the election? I'm confused really about the economic plans that Obama and McCain have both been talking about in their speeches. Obama's calls for larger companies to help out somehow with health, but I thought we already had health benefits in larger companies, or do we not have them in all of them? I know the company one of my brothers works for doesn't, but it is relatively small.

Do you think any of the promised actions will take place once Obama or McCain is in office, or are they just empty promises to voters?
 
Obama has said it over and over that he will let President Bush's Tax Cuts expire in 2010.

That means we will all go back to Clinton Higher Tax Rate.
The Lower Class and Middle Class will get soaked.

Oh and Obama's tax cut of $ 1,000.00 for married and $ 500.00 for singles is not a sealed deal. It's a one time stimulus check like the one Bush just gave us. Which didn't help the economy.

Obama's 1 time stimulus check has to be approved by Congress. If Congress and then the Senate doesn't approve this the stimulus check gets canned.

The Health care issue , Mc cain wants to give you a tax break up to 5,000. dollars , so you can buy your own and obama wants to have goverment control all health care .
