...most restaurant chains? i am a college student and i'm trying my ideal job at the moment would be working in the back of a restaurant where i can prep food all day and basically do nothing else but that. where can i do this as my main job instead of being a chef or a dishwasher as my main job?
 
anywhere. and there is enough turnover and most preps are looking to upgrade, to line cook or something, so some one will hire you. the pay is krap, but better than dishes, and easier work.
