I have compared both the phones using Phonescoop, please view the comparison here; http://www.phonescoop.com/phones/co...B%5D=&id%5B%5D=
To add to the fact that you are purchasing a new phone, in my personal opinion, I would spend a little more and get a lot better of a phone.
From what I can see, the phones are not very feature loaded, but if you only want a colour screen and being able to download stuff, I guess that doesn't matter.
The Nokia phone has a much higher user rating, which is believeable because Nokia phones are known to be sturdier and last longer. Too add to this, Motorola Phones are known to have problems, including their most popular handset, the RAZR.
A very nice feature about the Nokia phone is that it does have changeable faceplates, so if something were to get wrecked (Screen cracked, etc.) You could spend about $20 and get a new faceplate, where as with the Motorola Flip Phone, if the screen were to crack, you would need to purhase a new phone due to Warranty would NOT cover it.
All in all, the Nokia seems to have better reviews, but, as I stated before, I would look into spending a little more money on the phone and get an entirely different one. Spending a little extra now could be a profitable investment in the future.
Hope I could be of help!
