Didn't know where to post this I hope this is the right area
I have a
Nokia 6230
Nokia 6682
Audiovox SMT5600
Motorola L7
Nokia 6126 Brand new and non branded
I really dont need all these phones and want to sell one, but which one? I am thinking about selling the brand new 6126, it's the 1st flip phone I ever owned and I am not sure if I like the flip part. Maybe because I am used to a candybar style, also those phones just feel more solid to me. Since these are all popular models, I would like to hear from people that have had these phones, which one would you part with and why. I do not text and dont use the net, I might start in a few months if I buy a Cingular 8525
Cheers

You should sell all of them and get an 8525, it is the most amazing phone I have ever had. but, I think some of those phones might be hard to sell, because they are pretty dated, for example, the SMT5600 while it was a great phone ( I still own it, my sister was using for a while, but she gave it back) it has been out longer than the RAZR, I think they are around 4 years old, But I wish you luck, and get the 8525 as soon as you can, it will change the way you use mobile phones forever.

If you plan on buying a 8525, you might as well get rid of your smartphones, as well as the 6230 because it is dated. Even though alot of people will agree that the 6230 is an awesome well balanced phone, it is old and you won't be able to use Cingular's 3G...I had to transfer my account to a 3G SIM card because my old SIM that I used on my 6230 would not work with my 8525. I finally forced myself to sell my 6230 a while back, just because there are other cell phones that can be easily compared to it. On the plus side, the 6230's still fetch a good price. The 6682, you should sell it ASAP because the price on it has depreciated very quickly. The only one that I'd see to keep as a backup is the 6126. But if you like bar phones alot, you might want to consider a SE W810i as a backup to replace your 6230, SLVR, & your 6126. The W810i feels a bit more blockier than the 6230, but it has the best bang for buck feature wise. The 8525 is a great phone. I just got mine 2 days ago, and I am really impressed with it. Everything runs smoothely with hardly any noticeable lag times out of the box...something I was still not used to when I was using Symbian (cross navigating through the menus of an S60 phone can be annoying at times). You also get to appreicate the upgraded processor speed against that of the 8125. On the advice of a friend, I plan to get an unlimited data plan next week and check out the 3G. But right now, I'm really liking this phone. For the moment, I can be a little bit more confident and say that I can get away from the cell phone craze and stay with my 8525 for a while....unless I can get my hands on an i-mate Ultimate

you should donate them instead.

there are a number of charitable organizations and local gov't agencies that accept used fones. they are mostly recyled for use by domestic violence victims.
