What phone should i get...N73 or Imate Sp5

both phone are great
i'm currently looking on these 2 phones and what i used the most is GPS and 850 is a must
since both phone have 850 and can run GPS software

now the main different is SP5 have wifi when Nokia doesn't have but the camera on the N73 is great

i'm really confuse which phone should i get right now
some advise would be great

Nokia > iMate for me simply because it doesn't run Windows.
