What phone should i get from sprint?

I am switching from T-Mobile to Sprint this week or next week.
I heard it has the cheapest plan for family.
If it does not please tell me which carrier is the cheapest for family.
If it is I am wondering which phone to get.

My top 2 so far are
LG Optimus S and the
Palm Pixi

Please help me decide.
