What Phone is better HTC Incredible or DROID MOTOROLA ?

OK i am getting my upgrade and i don't know what phone is good for me i would like some suggestions about the DROID MOTOROLA and HTC Incredible. Here are some of the things i am looking for:
Good battery life
easy to use text
good web browser experience
customizable

i really need some advice !
