what phone from rogers should i get?

Hey, im looking to get a new phone from rogers, not really into this tech stuff but what would you recommend to a student who's probably going to be texting a lot, but doesn't want a small screen or a flip phone? no real price limit just not too high. I was thinking a blackberry curve but do students have any use for that
